Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
* We do not accept returns on lotionsdue to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully. There is a 15% processing fee on all cancelled orders. An order can be cancelled up to the point of shipment.
When will my order ship?
SHIPPING POLICY Most items are in stock and orders placed by 9:00 AM (CST) will be shipped within a 48hr period with the exclusion of orders placed on weekends, holidays or items out of stock. Out of stock items will be shipped when they are received in inventory and you will be notified once they ship. Standard shipping method is U.S.P.S Priority Mail, shipping is calculated automatically by weight. Priority Mail will be used for all Continental U.S. P.O. Box addresses and all orders from ALASKA and HAWAII.
Shipping ranges from $5.95 to $35.95 in the USA. Most orders are shipped on next scheduled ship day after payment posts. This is usually the next business day but can be three to five business days after purchase.
Remember - Although most orders are shipped the next day, some items are in high supply and can run out of stock. Your order can take up to 3-7 business days to be shipped.
*International orders are exempt from FREE Shipping. Also International orders shipped via USPS will not contain tracking information. International orders may be subject to VAT or other customs related fees. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. International orders may experience customs related delays which can add a few days to the expected delivery date
